- Advice in Portuguese and European regulatory requirements;
- Preparation, maintenance and update of Product Information File (PIF), including Safety Assessment Reports, according to the Regulation 1223/2009 EU;
- Notification of cosmetic products (CPNP);
- Regulatory support to Clients in a business oriented way. Advice/revision of packaging materials, package leaflet, marketing/communication materials, etc.;
- Allocation of a qualified Responsible Technician, as required by Portuguese legislation (art.º 24, DecretoLei n.º 189/2008 of 24 September);
- Acting as Responsible Person in the EU, according to the Regulation 1223/2009 EU, for manufacturers outside the Union;
- Translation of technical documents to/from Portuguese from/to other languages.
